FPK OS is our coordination platform for families, schools, and practitioners: bringing goals, records, and communication together around the child. Our existing products are in use today as we bring them onto a shared platform.
One child. A team that can see the whole picture.
A child may have a school team, therapists, and support at home, each holding a different part of the record. Too often, the family has to connect those parts alone. Future Proof Knowledge grew from that experience: helping the people around a child share what matters, with permission, and carry the record through changes in staff, settings, and school terms.
For families

Documentation in minutes, measured with a real school team
In the 2025–26 school year, one special-education team used FPK-X to document the school day for one student. We timed each entry from the platform’s own records.

*Coverage is measured against a full-day benchmark (one record per class period, seven a day), not a legal requirement. IEP teams decide what must be documented. The rise also coincided with training and team focus.
Why it matters: in a national US study, 78% of special education teachers said paperwork interfered with their teaching to a moderate or great extent (Carlson et al., 2003).

We design for different reading, sensory, and communication needs. Accessibility is part of the shared platform, so support for different ways of working can carry across its domains.
People remain in control
Coordination depends on knowing who can see a record and what it can be used for. Our focus is recording, summarizing, and drafting support information for people to review, with decisions kept in human hands.
Learning has its place
FPK University uses the Empowering Learning approach to visual thinking. Learning is one domain of FPK OS, alongside care coordination, family coordination, practice operations, and community.
Built by people who've lived this
We each came to this the same way: as a parent of a neurodiverse child, watching schools, therapists, and clinicians work in complete isolation from one another. There was no collaborative system. So we built one.

Pictures, mental imagery, and different ways of presenting a concept are part of our learning approach. A diagnosis alone does not tell us how an individual learns best.
We use pilot feedback to understand how the product is used and where it needs to improve. Claims about learning outcomes need their own evidence, beyond a working product or a positive demonstration.

Before an institutional pilot, we agree its scope, duration, and success criteria. The evaluation considers everyday use, the quality of the record, and the experience of the people maintaining it.
Results inform the next decision. Any public reference or case study is agreed with the participating organization, and continuing beyond the pilot is a separate decision.
