Most software is built for neurotypical users first, then adapted for everyone else. We build in the opposite direction, and not because it made for a good design philosophy. Our own children are neurodiverse. We live these challenges every day, which is why every product we make starts with accessibility and gives the people using it real control over their own data and how AI is used with it.
Every screen can be adjusted before it's used: reading mode, motion, contrast, text size. A learner who needs a different setup doesn't file a request or wait for an update. They change it themselves, and it stays changed.

Most reading and maths instruction assumes a single "normal" way of processing information: linear, phonetic, sequential. For a large share of neurodiverse learners, that's not how their minds actually work, and it never was a flaw to correct.
Research into visual-thinking pedagogy shows that strong mental imagery, the ability to build a vivid picture of a word, number, or idea, is at the root of confident reading, spelling, and maths for many learners who struggle with phonics-first approaches.
