Scope of this notice

This notice covers this website only — the Future Proof Knowledge corporate site. It does not cover FPK University or FPKX. Those products handle learner and care-coordination data, including data about children, and are governed by their own separate agreements and privacy notices.

What we collect

This website collects personal data in exactly one place: the “Get updates on FPK OS” form. When you submit it we store:

Your email address — as you entered it
A source label — which page the signup came from
A timestamp — when you signed up

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site, and we do not track your browsing. No cookie banner is shown because no consent-requiring cookies are set.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use your email address for a single purpose: to contact you about the availability of the FPK Operating System. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for marketing.

Where your data is stored — and international transfer

Signup data is stored in a Supabase database hosted in the United States (AWS us-west-2, Oregon).

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, this means your email address is transferred outside your jurisdiction. Such transfers rely on the applicable safeguards in our processors’ data processing terms, including Standard Contractual Clauses and, where a processor is certified, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You may request details of these safeguards using the contact address below.

Who processes it on our behalf

Supabase — database and serverless functions (United States)
Vercel — website hosting and delivery
Resend — sends the internal notification email that alerts our team to a new signup

How long we keep it

We retain signup emails until the FPK Operating System launches and the relevant announcements have been sent, or until you ask us to erase your data — whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Have inaccurate data corrected
Have your data erased
Restrict or object to our processing
Receive your data in a portable format
Withdraw consent at any time — this is as easy as giving it

If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have handled your data improperly, you may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. In Ireland that is the Data Protection Commission; in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office.
