Evaluations and pilot programmes

Bring FPK to your learners

Bring one real coordination problem from your clinic, practice, or school. We will discuss which existing FPK product fits and agree a focused evaluation, while the products continue their path toward the shared FPK OS platform.

What a pilot actually is

1

Start with your setting

We start by understanding who you support, the problem you need to solve, and who would use, approve, and fund the service. If FPK is not the right fit, we will say so.

2

One learner or a focused workflow

Start small enough to learn from real use. A single-learner evaluation and an institutional pilot are different engagements. Before either starts, we agree its scope, duration, access, any costs, and how success will be measured.

3

Agree setup and support

We agree the onboarding and support your team needs, along with permissions, data handling, and your setting's approval requirements. Existing pilots continue on their current products while FPK OS is developed.

4

An honest read at the end

We review the agreed success criteria together. Any reference commitment is agreed in advance and conditional on meeting those criteria. A paid evaluation has its own scope and deliverable; it does not promise a later licence award or credit against one.

What an FPK-X pilot includes

An FPK-X pilot is a defined term with a small group of students and staff, so you can see what FPK-X changes before committing further.

  • Onboarding and training: set-up for your organisation, roles and students, and training for the staff who will log.
  • Data load: import of your existing service logs and goal-tracking sheets, de-duplicated and merged into one record.
  • Agreed success criteria: measures chosen with you at the start, such as documentation coverage, logging time or report preparation time.
  • Results review: a review of the results against those criteria at the end of the term, with the reports and data behind them.

Families and outside providers join by invitation during the pilot. See how it works for schools and for therapists, and the reports your team gets.

What a pilot measures

Every FPK-X pilot can report, from the platform’s own records:

  • Time per entry: how long documentation actually takes, by entry type and role.
  • School-day coverage: the share of class periods or sessions with a record.
  • Provision delivered against the plan: support recorded against the provision each pupil’s EHC plan or SEN support plan sets out, rather than an arbitrary benchmark.

We are also building documentation fidelity reporting: records collected against the data-collection schedule each pupil’s EHC plan or SEN support plan sets. Pilots will be able to report it once it is available.

We agree which of these matter for your setting before the pilot starts. See what we’ve measured so far for a first result.

Who this is for

Our initial commercial focus is owner-operated therapy clinics, private practitioners, and independent and special schools in Ireland and the UK. We also work with families and existing institutional pilot partners in the United States to understand coordination across settings.

US district and charter-network enquiries are welcome as pilot and evidence conversations. District and public-authority scope and timing are subject to their evaluation, security, budget, and purchasing processes. You do not need an existing FPK account to start a conversation.

Register your interest

Tell us a little about your setting and we will come back to you with what a pilot would look like for you specifically. No obligation, and we will not add you to a mailing list.

We use this only to reply to you. See our privacy notice.
